Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and MRS. SUCCESS COACH, LLC, trading as MSC SuccessSphere™ and Mrs. Success Coach™ ("we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of our website, courses, coaching programs, memberships, digital products, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a product, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into this agreement, and if you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications through the Service.
  • Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
  • Probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
  • Upload malware or any code intended to disrupt or damage the Service.
  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share access to paid content with anyone who has not paid for it, or circumvent any access or technical limitations.

5. Intellectual property

All content, materials, software, branding, course materials, recordings, and documentation that make up the Service are owned by MRS. SUCCESS COACH, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use within the plan you have purchased. No other rights are granted, and any use beyond this license requires our prior written permission.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit (for example, assessment answers, messages, or uploaded files). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Payments, subscriptions and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, currency conversion, invoicing, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Checkout & Buyer Terms.

Subscription products renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file until you cancel. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or via paddle.net; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8. Coaching and educational disclaimers

Our coaching, courses, and content are provided for educational and personal development purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the content of the Service.

9. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if:

  • You materially breach these Terms or our acceptable use rules.
  • Your payment fails or your account becomes overdue.
  • Your use poses a security, legal, or fraud risk to us, the Service, or other users.
  • You repeatedly or seriously violate our policies.

You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account. On termination, your right to access the Service ends, but any provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MRS SUCCESS COACH LLC is established, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, unless your local law mandates otherwise.
