We want you to feel confident in your purchase from MRS. SUCCESS COACH, LLC (MSC SuccessSphere™). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Email us at info@mrssuccesscoach.com with your order details and we will help arrange the refund through Paddle.
Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscriptions
For recurring subscriptions, you can cancel at any time from your account or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You can also request a refund of the most recent renewal within the 30-day window described above.
Coaching sessions
For 1:1 coaching, refunds for unused sessions can be requested within the 30-day window. Sessions that have already been delivered are non-refundable in proportion to the value consumed.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles billing, refunds, and related customer service. Their refund handling is governed by Paddle's Refund Policy.
