1. Who we are

This Privacy Notice describes how MRS. SUCCESS COACH, LLC ("we", "us", "our"), trading as MSC SuccessSphere™ and Mrs. Success Coach™, collects and uses your personal data when you visit our website, create an account, purchase our products, or otherwise interact with our services. MRS. SUCCESS COACH, LLC is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

2. Personal data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), profile preferences.
  • Assessment & coaching data: answers, goals, and progress you submit through the platform.
  • Order and support data: products purchased, support messages, correspondence.
  • Usage and device data: pages visited, actions taken, IP address, browser type, device identifiers, approximate location, cookies and similar technologies.

Payment card details are not collected or stored by us. They are collected directly by our payment processor and Merchant of Record, Paddle (see Section 5).

3. Why we use your data and our legal basis

  • To provide the service (account creation, course access, coaching delivery) — performance of a contract.
  • To process orders and manage subscriptions — performance of a contract and legal obligation.
  • To provide customer support — legitimate interests and contract performance.
  • To improve the platform, prevent fraud and secure our systems — legitimate interests.
  • To send service emails and (with your consent) marketing — consent and/or legitimate interests.
  • To comply with tax, accounting and legal obligations — legal obligation.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences, and limited analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

5. How we share your data

We share personal data with the following categories of recipients:

  • Paddle.com Market Limited — our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, billing, sales tax/VAT, invoicing, refunds and related customer service. When you purchase from us, your transaction is contracted with Paddle, and Paddle processes your payment and billing information as an independent controller for those purposes.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers for delivering the website and storing data.
  • Email and communication providers for sending transactional and marketing emails.
  • Analytics and security tooling to operate and protect the service.
  • Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants) where reasonably necessary.
  • Authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Order and tax records are retained for the period required by applicable law. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Request a portable copy of data you provided to us.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitored infrastructure — to protect your personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to meet recognized industry standards.

9. International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where personal data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website or by email where appropriate.
